On September 20, 2004, Prime Minister Phan Van Khai signed Decision No. 990/QD-TTg, designating October 13 as "Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day" every year.
This is an important milestone that highlights the involvement of the Vietnamese business community. On the other hand, the government always honors the contributions that companies bring to the nation's economic well-being. Vietnam encourages supporting all socioeconomic strata to continue investing in the country's industrialization and modernization by founding and expanding progressively powerful enterprises.
Perhaps commerce sectors have a tenuous connection to the big national unity bloc in order to protect the nation. Since 1945, President Ho Chi Minh's policies have demonstrated this. Since the country's unification on October 13, 1945, Uncle Ho has emphasized the importance of economic development and industrialization, which cannot be separated from the country's political institutions.
The values of this instruction continue to be relevant now. Businesses continue to be prioritized in all Party and state policies in terms of creating and developing strategies for the cause of building and defending our country.
Even in Vietnam's constitutional history, the state was clear that it would support and provide circumstances for individuals, firms, and other organizations to participate in production and business, grow economic sectors sustainably, and contribute to nation-wide development.
Vietnam has been growing rapidly, due to approximately 900,000 firms, 14.4 thousand cooperatives, and more than 5 million business households around the country. Industry and trade generate more than 60% of GDP and employ more than 30% of the entire labor force.
Businesses push further to access foreign values in any industry, local manufacturing, or commercial sector.
Nhu Ngoc Restaurant, one of 900 thousand companies in the market, gladly celebrates the "golden week" marking Vietnamese Business Day. Our restaurant continues to promote the best aspects of the cuisine while enhancing food quality in order to push Vietnamese food further in the Vietnamese market and globally.
